 Phase 1a: Demo Site - I will build a fully working 5 page Demo website according to your needs and requirements, reflecting your company's

logo, products and services with no initial financial layout required from you. At this stage I will furnish you with a quotation for the full cost. |

Phase1b: Acceptance & Part Payment - Only once you have Seen it and Tested it on the Internet and you have Confirmed that it Meets with |
|
|
|
your Expectations and Approval, are you required to pay Half of the agreed amount. If you are not happy with the result then no money |
|
|
|
changes hands. |

|
|
|
|

Phase 2a: Domain Name, Hit Counter & Search Engine Listing - Once you have accepted phase1, the second phase comes into play. I will |

|
then I register your own domain name with your company's name eg. www.companyname.co.za and create a "Hit Counter" account for you, |
|
|
|
to record and track the number of visitors to your website. |
|
|
|
Once this has been completed, I will publish your website to the Search Engines for listing. |

Phase 2b: Acceptance & Payment - Once your Website has been listed on the Search Engines and can be located via "Reasonable" Search |

Criteria and you have confirmed that you are entirely satisfied, then only do you pay the Balance of the Agreed amount. |

Email Address - You will receive 1 Free dedicated business email address for your business eg. info@companyname.co.za |

Monthly Maintenance - The Package also includes 1 hour/month Free site maintenance valid for the first 6 months. |
